का. आ. 1670( अ ) .- भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट ( उपक्रम का अंतरण एवं निरसन ) अधिनियम, 2002 की धारा 9 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 7 मार्च, 2005 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट के विनिर्दिष्ट उपक्रम के प्रबंधन का कार्य करने में प्रशासक को परामर्श देने तथा उसकी सहायता करने के लिए तत्काल प्रभाव से तथा आगामी आदेशों तक परामर्शदाता बोर्ड में श्री यू. के. सिन्हा के स्थान पर वित्त मंत्रालय , आर्थिक कार्य विभाग में संयुक्त सचिव ( पूंजी बाजार ) में डा. के.पी. कृष्णन को नियुक्त करती है ।
पद छोड़ने, त्यागपत्र देने/हटाये जाने , वेतन तथा भत्तों इत्यादि के संबंध में उनकी नियुक्ति की शर्तें तथा निबंधन यूटीआई के विनिर्दिष्ट उपक्रम (योजनाओं आस्तियों , निवेश का प्रबंधन, परामर्शदाताओं की नियुक्ति की शर्तें, शुल्क, भत्ते, पदावधि एवं प्रकीर्ण प्रावधान ) योजना, 2003 के अनुसार होंगे ।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 25th November , 2005
S.O. 1670 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 9 of Unit Trust of India(Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal) Act, 2002, and in partial modification of notification ofeven number dated 7th March , 2005 , the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. K. P. Krishnan , Joint Secretary ( Capital Markets), Ministry of Finance , Department of Economic Affairs on the Board of Advisers, vice Shri U. K. Sinha, to advise and assist the Administrator in carrying out the Management of the Specified Undertaking of Unit Trust of India, with immediate effect , and until further orders .
The terms and conditions of his appointment regarding vacation of office , resignation/ removal , salary and allowances etd. shall be as per the Specified Undertaking of UTI ( Management of Schemes , Assets , Investment, Terms of Office , Fees , Allowances and conditions of appointment of Advisors and Miscellaneous Provisions ) Scheme , 2003 .
