का.आ. 1673(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 860( अ ) , तारीख 17 जून , 2005 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, -
(क) क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने " बरगुर " गांव के संबंध में, सर्वेक्षण संख्या 467/1 बी 1 के सामने स्तम्भ ( 5 ) में उल्लिखित " शुष्क " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " नम " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
(ख) क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने बोगनापल्ली कस्बा के संबंध में,-
(i) स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में, " डी-21-20/3 " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " डी -21-20/ 3ए2 " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
( ii ) स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में , सर्वेक्षण संख्या 60/2ए2 के पश्चात्और स्तम्भ ( 3 ) से ( 6 ) में उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों में निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

(ग ) क्रम संख्या 6 के सामने स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में ओपाथावाड़ी गांव के संबंध में, -
(i) " 619/1 ए2 " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 619/ 1 ए1 " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
( ii ) " 358 /2 बी 1 बी " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 358/3 " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
उक्त भूमि में हितबद्ध कोई व्यक्ति, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम की. धारा 3 ग की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन मूल अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के उपयोग के संबंध में आक्षेप कर सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th November , 2005
S.O. 1673 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act,1956(48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S.O. 860 ( E) , dated the 17th June , 2005, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (ii ) , namely:-
In the Scheudle to the said notification,-
(a) against serial No. 2 relating to village "Bargur ", against survey number 467/ 1B1 , for the entry "Dry " , occurring in column (5), the entry " Wet" shall substituted;
(b) against serial No. 3 relating to Boganapalli Town,-
(i) in column (3), for the entry " D -21-20/ 3 " , the entry, " D- 21-20 /3A2 " , shall be substituted;
(ii) in column (3 ), after survey No. 60 / 1A2 and the entries relating thereto in columns (3 ) to (6), the following shall be inserted , namely: --

(c) against serial No. 6, relatingto village Oppathavadi , in clolumn (3 ), --
(i) for the entry "619 / 1A2 " , the entry , " 619 / 1A1 " shall be substituted;
(ii) for the entry " 358/2B1B", the entry , " 358/3 " shall be substituted.
Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty - one days from the date of publication of this notifica- tion in the Official Gazette , raise objection to the use of the said land for the purpose mentioned in the principal notification under Sub - section ( 1) of Section 3C of the said Act .
