का.आ. 1679(अ).- केंद्रीय सरकार, भारतीय चिकित्सा केंद्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1970 (1970 का 48) की धारा 14 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय केंद्रीय चिकित्सा परिषद् से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, उक्त अधिनियम की द्वितीय अनुसूची में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: --
उक्त अनुसूची के भाग-1 में " आयुर्वेद और सिद्ध" शीर्षक के क्रमांक 25 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्: -
