विषय : चीनी ताइपेई से सोडियम साइनाइड के आयात से संबंधित पाटनरोधी जांच ।
सं. 14/ 14/2004- डीजीएडी -वर्ष 1995 में यथासंशोधित सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 तथा सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ (पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान, उन पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क का आकलन एवं वसूली तथा क्षति निर्धारण ) नियमावली, 1995 को ध्यान में रखते हुए निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी ने संदर्भाधीन पाटनरोधी जांच के बारे में 24 अक्तूबर, 2005 की अधिसूचना के तहत अंतिम जांच परिणाम जारी किए हैं ।
दिनांक 24 अक्तूबर , 2005 की उक्त अधिसूचना में अधिसूचित शुल्क तालिका में एतद्वारा निम्नानुसार संशोधन किया जाता है :-

Subject: Anti-Dumping investigation concerning import of Sodium Cyanide from Chinese Taipei .
No. 14/14/2004- DGAD .--Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and Customs Tarif (Identification ,Assessment and Collection of Anti- dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury ) Rules, 1995, thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the Final Findings vide Notification dated 24th October , 2005 in the subjectanti -dumping investigation.
The duty table notified in the said notification dated 24th October, 2005 is hereby amended as follows :---
