सा.का.नि. 700(अ). भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 1986 (1986 का 63 ) की धारा 38 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो की कार्यकारी समिति, केन्द्रीय सरकार की पूर्व अनुमति से एतद्वारा भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ( परामर्श समितियाँ ) विनियम, 1987 में और संशोधन के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्: -
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों को भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ( परामर्श समितियाँ ) संशोधन विनियम, 2005 कहा जा सकता है ।
(2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होंगे ।
2. भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ( परामर्श समितियाँ ) विनियम 1987 ,
विनियम 3 में,-
(i) उप- विनियम ( 1 ) , खंड " ( एफ ) " को हटा
दियाजाए ।
(i ) उप- विनियम ( 2 ) , में, खंड " ( एफ ) " को हटा
दियाजाए।

टिप्पणी:- मूल विनियम भारत के राजपत्र में सा.का.नि. 1032( अ) दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर, 1987 में प्रकाशित हुए थे और बाद में उनका सा.का.नि. 1016( अ) दिनांक 17 नवम्बर, 1989, सा.का.नि. 818 ( अ ) दिनांक 21 अक्तूबर, 1992 और बीआईएस/ईसी/आरईजी/ 1 दिनांक 20 मई, 1994 द्वारा संशोधन हुआ था ।

New Delhi , the 1st December , 2005
G.S.R.700(E). In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 38 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986(63 of 1986) , the Executive Committee, with the pre- vious approval of the Central Government, hereby makes thefollowing regulations further to amend the Bureau of Indian Standards (Advisory Committees) Regulations , 1987, namely:-
1. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Bureau of Indian Standards (Advisory Committees ) Amendment Regulations , 2005.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of theirpublication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Bureau of Indian Standards (Advisory Committees) Regulations , 1987 , in regulation 3 ,-
(i) in Sub - regulation ( 1 ) , clause " (f) " shall be omitted;
(ii) in Sub-regulation (2) , clause " (f) " shall be omitted.

Foot note: The Principal regulations were published in theGazette of India vide number G.S.R. 1032 (E) dated 31st December, 1987 and subsequently amended vide G.S.R. 1016 (E ) dated 17th November, 1989 , G.S.R. 818 (E ) dated 21st October, 1992 and BIS/EC/REG/ 1 dated 20th May, 1994.
