का.आ. 1682(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण नियम, 1995 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1987 ( 1987 का 39 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( ख ) और खंड ( ग ) के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार के विधि और न्याय मंत्रालय (विधि कार्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 582( अ ) , तारीख 13 अगस्त, 1997 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्तअधिसूचना में-
(क) क्रम सं. 2 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्: -
-कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष", " 2. न्यायमूर्ति श्रीमती रूमापाल,
न्यायाधीश, भारत का उच्चतम
न्यायालय
(ख) क्रम सं. 5 और क्रम सं. 6 तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्: - "5.
-सदस्य
न्यायमूर्ति श्री एस. जे . मुखोपाध्याय,
कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष,
राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण,

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st December , 2005
S.O. 1682( E) . In pursuance of clauses (b ) and (c) of Sub- section (2 ) of Section 3 of the Legal Services Authori- tiesAct, 1987 (39 of 1987) , read with rule 3 of the National Legal Services Authority Rulcs , 1995, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law and Justice (Department of Legal Affairs ) number S.O. 582 (E) , dated 13th August , 1997 , namely :-
Inthe said notification
(a) for serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely:---
"2. Mrs. Justice Ruma Pal , Judge, Supreme Court of India
-Executive Chairman " ,
(b) for serial numbers 5 and 6 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely: -
"5 . Shri Justice S. J. Mukhopadhayay, Executive Chairman, State Legal Services Authority, Jharkhand

Shri Justice A. K. Goel ,
Executive Chairman, State Legal Services Authority, Haryana .
