का.आ. 1686(अ).-पैट्रोलियम नियम, 2002 के नियम 16( 1 ) के अनुसार, प्रदत्त अधिकार प्रयुक्त करके और भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , पोत परिवहन विभाग, पत्तन- स्कंध की दिनांक14-01-2005 की अधिसूचना सं . का. आ. 57 (अ ) के क्रम में, लोकहित में पैट्रोलियम का आयात किए जाने की आवश्यकता के लिहाज से, केन्द्रीय सरकार, नीचे सूची में दर्शाए जा रहे पत्तन को समुद्र के रास्ते भारत में पैट्रोलियम का आयात करने के लिए एतद्वारा , अधिसूचना जारी किए जाने की तारीख से 31-12-2006 तक कीअवधि तक और अधिसूचित करती है: -

S.O. 1686(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 16 (1) of the Petroleum Rules, 2002, and in continuation of the Notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways , Department of Shipping (Ports Wing ) , No. S.O. 57 (E) dated 14-01-2005 , the Central Government, in consideration of the necessity to import petroleum in public interest, hereby notify the port as listed below for importing Petroleum in India by sea for a further period up to 31-12-2006 with effect from the date of notification.
