विषयः टैरिफ रेट कोटा ( टी आर क्यू) के अधीन विभिन्न मदों के आयात की प्रक्रिया ।
फा. सं. 01 /89/180/0001 /ए एम04/पीसी-1 ए).- विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैरा 2.4 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, महानिदेशक विदेश व्यापार प्रक्रिया पुस्तक, खण्ड-1 के पैरा 2.61 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं-
1. पैरा 3 के अन्त में निम्नलिखित पंक्ति जोड़ी जाएगी :
"वित्तीय वर्ष 2005-06 के लिए अपेक्षित/निर्धारित दस्तावेजों सहित आवेदत प्रपत्र जमा करने की अंतिम तारीख को 12 दिसम्बर, 2005 तक बढ़ा दिया गया है । "
इसके लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

Subject: Procedure of import of various items under Tariff Rate Quota (TRO) .
F. No. 01/89/180/0001/AM04 /PC- IA. In exercise ofpowers conferred under Para 2.4 ofForeign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Director General ofForeign Trade makes the following amendments in Para 2.61 of the Handbook ofProcedures, Vol I :
1. The following line will be added at the end of para3:
"For the financial year 2005-06, the last date for submission of application forms alongwith the required/prescribe documents has been ex- tended to 12th December, 2005."
