का.आ. 1691 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा उक की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 406 ( अ ) , तारीख 24 मार्च, 2005, जो भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण भाग II , खण्ड 3, उपखंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्तअधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्या 7 के सामने , " अगारमचेरी " गाँव से संबंधित स्तंभ 3 में, -
(i ) प्रविष्टि" 149/4 बी2 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 149/4 बी1 भाग " रखी जाएगी ; (ii) प्रविष्टि" 155/4 बी " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 155/4 ए भाग " रखी जाएगी ; (iii ) प्रविष्टि" 156/4 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 156/1 बी 1 ए भाग नया सं. 5 " रखी जाएगी ; (iv) प्रविष्टि" 544/34बी" के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 544/34 ए भाग " रखी जाएगी ; (v) प्रविष्टि" 551/1 बी2 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 551/1 बी1 भाग " रखी जाएगी ; (vi ) प्रविष्टि " 560/1 डी1 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 560/1 डी2 भाग " रखी जाएगी ; (vii) प्रविष्टि" 566/ 2 ए2 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 566/2 ए1 भाग " रखी जाएगी ; (viii ) प्रविष्टि" 783 /1 ए2 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि" 783 /1 ए1 भाग " रखी जाएगी ।
इस अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित भूमि में हितबद्ध कोई व्यक्ति राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 ग की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन मूल अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के उपयोग पर आक्षेप कर सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 5th December , 2005
S.O. 1691 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3A ofthe National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Govern- ment of India inthe Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) . Number S.O. 406 (E) , dated the 24th March, 2005, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (ii ), namely:--
Inthe Schedule to the said notification, against serial No.7 relating to " Agaramcheri village " , in column 3 , (i) for the entry " 149 /4B2 ", the entry " 149/4B1 Part " shall be substituted;
(i ) for the entry " 155/4B " , the entry " 155/ 4A Part " shall be substituted;
(ii) for the entry " 156/4 " , the entry " 156/ 1BIA Part New No. 5 " shall be substituted;
(iv) for the entry " 544/34B " , the entry " 544 /34A Part " shall be substituted ;
(v) for the entry " 551 / 1B2 " , the entry " 551 / 1BIPart " shall be substituted;
(vi) for the entry " 560/ 1D1 " , the entry " 560 / 1D2 Part " shall be substituted;
(vii ) for the entry " 566 /2A2 " , the entry " 566 /2A1Part " shall be substituted ;
(viii) for the entry " 783 / 1A2 " , the entry " 783 / 1A1Part " shall be substituted.
Any person interested in the land mentioned in this notification may, within twenty one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , objectto the use of such land, for the purpose mentioned in the said notification , under Sub -section ( 1 ) Section 3C of the said Act.
