पृष्ठ2 पर,-
नियम 1 ( 2 ) के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्: -
" ( 2 ) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से नौ माह की अवधिके पश्चात् प्रवृत्त होंगे । "

In the notification of Government ofIndia, Ministry ofHealth and Family Welfare (Department ofHealth) No. GSR 356 (E) dated 7-6-2005 , [ Prevention of FoodAdulteration (4th Amendment) , Rules , 2005 ) published inPart II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i ) at pages 1 to 77 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, ----
At page 44, -
for Rule 1 (2) , the following shall be substituted , namely,--
"(2) They shall come into force after nine months from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette."
