का.आ. 1722 (अ) . चूंकि संयुक्त सचिव , भारत सरकार जिन्हें स्वापक औषधों तथा मनः प्रभावी पदार्थ अधिनियम, 1988 के अवैध व्यापार को रोकथाम के लिए खण्ड 3 , के उप - खण्ड ( 1 ) के अधीन विशेष रूप से शक्ति प्राप्त है , ने उक्त उप - खण्ड के अन्तर्गत दिनांक 14-3-2005 की फा. सं. 801/19/2004 पिट.एन.डी.पी.एस. के अधीन आदेश जारी करके निदेश दिया था कि श्री मोहम्मद अयूब पुत्र श्री अब्दुल रहीम छिप्पा निवासी गांव खानपुरा, तहसील एवं जिला मन्दसौर (मध्य प्रदेश ) औषधों की पूर्ति एवं लाने ले जाने में शामिल होने के कारण केन्द्रीय कारागार उदयपुर ( राजस्थान ) में हिरासत में रखा जाए ।
2. चूंकि केन्द्रीय सरकार यह समझती है कि उपर्युक्त व्यक्ति फरार है या स्वयं को छिपा रहा है जिसके कारण आदेश का पालन नहीं हो सका है ।
3. अब, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 8 की उप - धारा 1 के खण्ड ( ख ) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार सरकारी 'राजपत्र में इस आदेश के प्रकाशन के 10 दिनों के भीतर उपर्युक्त व्यक्ति को श्री कमल कुमार कोठारी , निरीक्षक/जांच अधिकारी , अधीक्षक का कार्यालय, पी एण्ड आई कक्ष, प्रतापगढ़ ( राजस्थान ) के समक्ष प्रस्तुत होने का निदेश देती है ।

New Delhi , the 6th December, 2005
S.O. 1722(E ) . Whereas the Joint Secretary to theGovernment of India, specially empowered under Sub- section ( 1) of Section 3 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic inNarcoticDrugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 issued order F. No. 801/ 19/2004- PITNDPS dated 14-3-2005 under the said Sub-section directing that Shri Mohammed Ayub S/o Shri Abdul Rahim Chippa R/ o Village Khanpura, Tehsil and Distt. Mandsaur (M.P. ) be detained and kept incustody in the Central Jail Udaipur (Rajasthan) with a view to preventing him from arranging the supply and transportation of Narcotic Drugs .
2. Whereas the Central Government has reason to believe that the aforesaid person has absconded or is concealing himself so that the order cannot be executed.
3. Now, therefore , in exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of Sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 8 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs the aforesaid person to appear before Shri Kamal Kumar Kothari , Inspector/I.O . Office of the Superintendent, P& I Cell , Pratapgarh (Rajasthan ) within 10 days of the publication ofthis order in the Official Gazette .
