नई दिल्ली, 7 दिसम्बर, 2005 सं. 107/2005 - सीमा शुल्क ( गै.टै. )
सा.का.नि. 710(अ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962का 52 ) की धारा 76 क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार तमिलनाडु राज्य में श्रीपेरम्बदुर स्थित 85.375 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में फैले नोकिया टेलीकॉम विशेष आर्थिक जोन को इस शर्त के अध्यधीन" विशेष आर्थिक जोन " के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है कि इस अधिसूचना के सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से दो वर्ष की अवधिके अन्दर विशेष आर्थिक जोन का कुल क्षेत्रफल बढ़ाकर कम से कम 100 हेक्टेयर कर दिया जाएगा ।
स्पष्टीकरण- इस अधिसूचना के प्रयोजनार्थ, " नोकिया टेलीकॉम एस ई जेड " का आशय तमिलनाडु के कांचीपुरम राजस्व जिले के श्री पेरम्बदुर तालुक के पोंडुर " सी " तथा श्रीपेरम्बदुर " सी " कीग्राम सीमाओं के अन्दर श्रीपेरम्बदुर ग्राम में स्थिति 85.375 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र नोकिया टेलीकॉम विशेष आर्थिक जोन से है जिसमें नीचे विनिर्दिष्ट सर्वे नम्बरों तथा माप वाली भूमि शामिल है , नामतः :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th December, 2005
No. 107/2005- CUSTOMS (N.Τ. )
G.S.R. 710 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 76A ofthe Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government hereby specifies the Nokia Telecom SEZ measuring 85.375 hectares , at Sriperumbudur in the State ofTamil Nadu as a " special economic zone " , subject to the condition that the total area of the special economic zone shall be increased to not less than hundred hectares within a period oftwo years from the date ofpublication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
Explanation : For the purposes of this notification ,
"Nokia Telecom SEZ " means the Nokia Telecom Special Economic Zone , measuring 85.375 hectares, located at village Sriperumbudur within the village limits of Pondur ' C' and Sriperumbudur ' C' , in Taluk Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram Revenue District , Tamil Nadu, comprising of land bearing survey numbers and measurements specified below, namely :-
