का. आ. 1729( अ) .-राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग नियंत्रण ( भूमि और यातायात) अधिनियम, 2002 ( 2003 की सं. 13 ) की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रपति, इस समय ऋण वसूली अधिकरण -1, कोलकाता में पीठासीन अधिकारी के रूप में कार्यरत भारतीय विधिक सेवा के डॉ. एस. डी. सिंह, को पदभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से 62 वर्ष को आयु पूरी होने तक अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, 18,400-22,400 रुपए के वेतनमान में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिकरण , चंडीगढ़ में पीठासीन अधिकारी के पद पर नियुक्त करते हैं ।
2. डॉ. एस. डी. सिंह, पीठासीन अधिकारी की सेवा शर्तें राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिकरण ( अधिकरण के पीठासीन अधिकारी के रूप मेंनियुक्तिकी प्रक्रिया ) नियमावली, 2003 और राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग ( अधिकरण पीठासीन अधिकारी का वेतन, भत्ते एवं कार्यकाल और सेवा शर्तें ) नियमावली, 2005 द्वारा संचालित की जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th December , 2005
S.O. 1729 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Control of National Highway (Land and Traffic) Act, 2002 (No. 13 of2003) , the President is pleased to appoint Dr. S.D. Singh of Indian Legal Service, presently working as Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal- I , Kolkata, as Presiding Officer in the National Highway Tribunal , Chandigarh in the pay scale of Rs. 18,400-22,400 with effect from the date of the assumption of the charge of the post till he attains the age of 62 years or until further orders whichever is earlier .
2. The condition of Service of Dr. S.D. Singh , Presiding Officer shall be governed by the National Highway Tribunal ( Procedure for Appointment as Presiding Officer of the Tribunal) Rules , 2003 and the National Highway Tribunal (Salaries , Allowances and Other Term and Conditions of Service of Presiding Officer) Rules , 2005.
