का.आ. 1730(अ).-भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( ii ) में दिनांक 28 सितम्बर, 2005 को काशित भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 28 सितम्बर, 2005 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1410( अ ) , के आंशिक संशोधन में जिसमें सार्बजनिक महत्व के एक निश्चित मामले , अर्थात् दिनांक 6 दिसम्बर, 1992 को अयोध्या में राम जन्म भूमि- बाबरी मस्जिद ढांचे को गिराए जाने की जांच करने के लिए गठित जांच आयोग का कार्यकाल बढ़ाया गया था, यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि उक्त आयोग , अर्थात् लिबरहान अयोध्या जांच आयोग, अपनी रिपोर्ट 31 मार्च, 2006 को या उससे पहले प्रस्तुत करेगा ।

S.O. 1730(E ) . In partial modification of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofHome Affairs No. S.O. 1410(E), dated 28th Septanaber , 2005 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3, Sub-section ( ii) , dated the 28th September, 2005 extending the tenure of the Commission of Inquiry, to inquire into a definite matter of public importance, namely, the destruction of Ram Janma Bhoomi -Babri Masjid structure at Ayodhya on the 6th December , 1992 , ithas been decided that the said Commission, namely , the LiberhanAyodhya Commission of Inquiry , will submit itsreport on orbefore the 31st March, 2006.
