का.आ. 1731 (अ).-भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण , भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1994 ( 1994 का 55 ) की धारा 42 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( च) और खंड ( छ ) तथा उप- धारा (4 ) के साथ पठित उप- धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 34 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण ( खोई संपत्ति) विनियम, 2003 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्: -
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण (खोई संपत्ति) संशोधन विनियम, 2005 है ।
( 2) ये विनियम राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. विनियम 5 के परंतुक में, " परन्तु जहां" शब्दों से आरंभ होने वाले और " स्वामी का नाम और पते " शब्दों पर समाप्त होने वाले भाग के स्थान पर, " परन्तु जहां किसी खोई संपत्ति के स्वामी के नाम और पते " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
3. विनियम 7 के खंड ( iii ) में,-
( क) " विदेशी पहचान बहियां भी हैं , " शब्दों के पश्चात् " यदि तीन मास के भीतर सद्भावी दावेदार द्वारा दावा नहीं किया जाता है , " शब्द अंतःस्थापित किए जाएंगे ;
( ख) इस प्रकार अंतःस्थापित शब्दों के पश्चात् " यथासाध्य" शब्दका लोप किया जाएगा ।

New Delhi , the 9th December, 2005
S.O. 1731 (E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section (1 ) read with clauses (f) and ( g ) of Sub- section (2) and Sub- section (4) of Section 42 and Section 34 of the Airports Authority of India Act, 1994 (55 of 1994), the Airports Authority of India, with the prior approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following further amendments to the Airports Authority ofIndia (Lost Property) Regulations , 2003 , namely :-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Airports Authority of India (Lost Property)Amendment Regulations , 2005.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In regulation 5, in the proviso , for the portion beginning with the words , " Provided that " and ending with the words " regulation 7 (3 ) (iii) are" the words "Provided that where the name and address of the owner ofthe Lost Property is " shall be substituted.
3. In clause ( iii) of regulation 7 ,-
(a) after the words " identity ofbooks ", the words "ifnot claimed by the bonafide claimant within three months" shall be inserted;
(b) after the words as so inserted, the words "shall wherever practicable" shall be omitted.
