का.आ. 1740 (अ).-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमाशुल्क बोर्ड, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना का.आ. 828 ( अ ) तारीख 21 नवम्बर, 1994 [सं. 61/94-सीमाशुल्क ( एन.टी. ) तारीख 21 नवम्बर, 1994] का और संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में क्र. सं. 11 के सामने स्तम्भ (3 ) में मद ( ख ) के सामने स्तम्भ (4 ) में की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-

" आयातित माल की उतराई और निर्यात माल याऐसे माल के किसी वर्ग के माल की लदाई । " ।

No. 108/2005 - CUSTOMS (N.Τ. )
S.O. 1740 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the Customs Act , 1962(52 of 1962), the Central Board ofExcise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue number S.O. 828 (E) , dated 21st November , 1994 [No. 61 /94- (N.T. ) Customs , dated the 21st November, 1994 ] , namely:-
Inthe Table to the said notification, against serial No. 11 , in column (3 ) against item (b) , for the entries under column 4, the following entry shall be substituted , namely :-

"Unloading of imported goods and the loading ofexport goods or any class of such goods." .
