का.आ. 1741 (अ).-केंद्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन हरियाणा कमोडिटीज लि. , 173 , न्यूग्रेन मार्केट, हिसार ( हरियाणा ) -125001 द्वारा मान्यता के नवीनीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को सरसों, सरसों के तेल और सरसों के तेल की खली में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में 13-1-2006 से 12-1-2007 ( जिसमें दोनों दिन शामिल ) तक की एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता प्रदान करती है ।
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता इस शर्त के अध्यधीन दी जाती है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 9th December, 2005
S.O. 1741 (E) . The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952) , by the Haryana Commodities Ltd. , 173 , New Grain Market, Hissar (Haryana) -125001 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so todo, hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Exchange for a further period of one year from 13-1-2006 to 12-1-2007 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in Mustard seeds, Mustard seed oil and Mustard seed oil cake .
The recognition hereby granted is subject to the conditionthat the said Exchange shall comply with such directions , as may, from time to time, be given by the Forward Markets Commission.
