NOTIFICATION
श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय अधिसूचना
New Delhi , the 12th December , 2005 नईदिल्ली, 12 दिसम्बर, 2005
का.आ. 1748(अ).-केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा भारत सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय की दिनांक 8 सितम्बर, 2003 की अधिसूचना संख्या 1033 (अ) द्वारा गठितन्यूनतम मजदूरी सलाहकार बोर्ड के सदस्य सचिव के रूप में उप- मुख्य श्रमायुक्त (के. ) श्रीमती मैरी सी. जयकर को नियुक्त करती है और उक्त प्रयोजनके लिएन्यूनतम मजदूरी अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 11 ) की धारा 9 के साथ पठित धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त अधिसूचनाको निम्नानुसार संशोधित करती है:-
S.O. 1748 (E) . The Central Government hereby appoints Smt . Mary C. Jaiker , Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) as Member Secretary to the Minimum Wages Advisory Board constituted vide notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No. 1033 (E) dated the 8th September, 2003 and for the said purpose, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section7 readwith Section 9 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (11 of 1948) , amends the said notification as under:-
उक्तअधिसूचना के अंतिम पैराग्राफ में " श्री नरेश चन्द्र, उप-मुख्य श्रमायुक्त (केन्द्रीय ) " शब्दों और कोष्ठकों के लिए " श्रीमती मैरी सीजयकर, उप - मुख्य श्रमायुक्त (के. ) " शब्द, कोष्ठक और अक्षर प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएं ।
Inthe last paragraph of the said notification, for the words and brackets " Shri Naresh Chandra, Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) ", the words , brackets and latter " Smt . Mary C. Jaiker , Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) " shall be substituted.
