का.आ. 1757(अ ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा उक की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय (सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं . का. आ. 1404( अ ) तारीख 27 सितम्बर , 2005 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है अर्थात्: -
उक्तअधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, -
(क) क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने " अरपक्कम " गांव से संबंधित, स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्या" 252/1 बी 1 ए भाग " और " 252/5 भाग " और स्तम्भ ( 4 ) , ( 5 ) और ( 6 ) में इनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर क्रमशः निम्नलिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्या और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्: -

(ख) क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने " किलीमिन्नाल " गांव से संबंधित स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 287 / 1 सी 2बी " के स्थान पर सर्वेक्षण संख्या" 287/4 सी 2 बी " रखी जाएगी ।
इस अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित भूमि में हितबद्ध कोई व्यक्ति, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 ग की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन मूल अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के उपयोग के संबंध में आक्षेप कर सकेगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th December , 2005
S.O. 1757 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S.O. 1404 (E) , dated the 27th September , 2005 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii ) , namely :----
In the Schedule to the said notification ,-
(a) against serial number 1 relating to village " Arapakkam " , for survey numbers " 252/ 1B1A Part " and " 252/5 Part" occurring in column (3 ) and the entries relating thereto in columns (4), (5) and ( 6) the following survey number and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely :---

(b) against serial number 2 relating to village " Keeliminnal " , for survey number " 287/ 1C2B " , occurring in column (3), the survey number " 287/4C2B " shall be substituted.
Any person interested in the land mentioned in this notification may , within twenty- one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , object to the use of such land for the purpose mentioned in the principal notification under sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3C of the said Act.
