सा.का.नि. 721 (अ) .- केन्द्र सरकार स्वापक औषधि और मनः प्रभावी प्रदार्थ अवैध व्यापार निवारण अधिनियम, 1988 ( 1988 का 46 ) की धारा १ के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 815 ( अ ) दिनांक 17 दिसम्बर , 2004 तथा अधिसूचना सं. 604 ( अ ) दिनांक 22 सितम्बर, 2005 को उन बातों के सिवाएं अधिक्रात करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है अथवा करने का लोप किया गया है, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा एक वर्ष के लिए एक सलाहकार बोर्ड का गठन करती है, जिसमें निम्नलिखित शामिल होंगे:-

G.S.R. 121 ( E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a ) ofSection 9 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act , 1988 (46 of 1988 ) and in supersession of the Notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. G.S.R. 815 ( E ), dated 17th December , 2004 and No. G.S.R. 604 (E ) , dated 22nd September, 2005 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such superses- sion , the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Board for a period of one year , consisting of: ---
