नई दिल्ली, 16 दिसम्बर , 2005 का.आ. 1771 (अ) .-तटीय जलकृषि प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 24 ) की धारा 1 की उप- धारा (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा 16 दिसम्बर, 2005 की तारीख को वह तारीख नियत करती है, जिस तारीख को उक्त धाराएं 2 से 26 ( दोनों शामिल ) लागू होंगी ।

In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Sub - section (2) of Section I of the Coastal Aquacul- ture Authority Act, 2005 (24 of 2005), the Central Govern- menthereby appoints the 16th day of December , 2005 , as the date on which the said Sections 2 to 26 (both inclu- sive) shall come into force .
