का.आ. 1775(अ) .- भारतीय प्रतिभूति एवं विनिमय बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 का 15 ) की धारा 15ड( 1 ) एवं 15 ढ के साथ पठित धारा 15ठ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा न्यायमूर्ति नवदीप कुमार सोढ़ी, पूर्व मुख्य न्यायाधीश , कर्नाटक उच्च न्यायालय को उनके द्वारा पदभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से पांच ( 5 ) वर्ष की अवधि के लिए, अथवा अड़सठ ( 68 ) वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक, जो भी पहले हो, प्रतिभूति अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण, मुम्बई के पीठासीन अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 16th December, 2005
S.O. 1775 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15L read with Sections 15M ( 1 ) and 15N of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act , 1992 ( 15 of 1992) , the Central Government hereby appoints Justice Nauvdip Kumar Sodhi , former Chief Justice , High Court of Karnataka as Presiding Officer of Securities Appellate Tri- bunal , Mumbai for a period of five (5 ) years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of sixty - eight ( 68 ) years , whichever is earlier .
