नई दिल्ली , 16 दिसम्बर, 2005
विषय : परिधान एवं निटवियर निर्यात हकदारी ( कोटा ) नीतियों के अवशिष्ट प्रावधानों का प्रचालन 1 जनवरी , 2006 से बढ़ाया जाना ।
सं. 1/61/2004-निर्यात -1 ( 1 ).- दिनांक 9 नवम्बर, 2004 की अधिसूचना सं. 1/61/2004-निर्यात 1 की ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है, जिसके द्वारा सरकार ने परिधान एवं निटवियर निर्यात हकदारी ( कोटा ) नीतियों के अवशिष्ट प्रावधानों का प्रचालन आरंभिक तौर पर 1 जनवरी , 2005 से एक वर्ष के लिए लागू करने का निर्णय लिया था ।
2. सरकार ने परिधान एवं निटवियर निर्यात हकदारी ( कोटा ) नीतियों के अवशिष्ट प्रावधानों का प्रचालन अब 1 जनवरी, 2006 से एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए और आगे बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है ।
3. उपर्युक्त पैरा 1 में उल्लिखित अधिसूचना की अन्य सभी शर्तें अपरिवर्तित रहेंगी ।

Extension of the operation of residuary provisions of Garments and Knitwears Export Entitlement ( Quota) Subject:
Policies with effect from 1st January, 2006.
No. 1 /61 /2004 -Exports - I ( 1 ) .--Attention is invited to Notification No. 1 / 61 / 2004 - Exports - I dated 9th November . 2004, vide which the Government decided to cuforce operation of the residuary provisions of Garments and Knitwears Export Entitlement (Quota ) Policies initially for one year with effect from 1st January, 2005 .
2. Now, the Government has decided to extend the operation of the residuary provisions of Garments and Knitwears ExportEntitlement ( Quota ) Policies for a fiúrther period of one year with offect from 1st January, 2006 .
3. All other terms and conditions of the Notification mentioned in Para 1 above will remain unchanged.
