का.आ. 1776(अ). चाय ( संशोधन ) अधिनियम, 1980 (1980का 68 ) की धारा 1 की उप - धारा ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा जनवरी , 2006 के प्रथम दिन को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 2 , 5 और 6 लागू होंगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th December, 2005
S.O. 1776(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (5) of Section 1 of the Tea (Amendment ) Act, 1980 (68 of 1980 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2006 as the date on which Sections 2, 5 and 6 of the said Act shall come into force .
