! नई दिल्ली, 20 दिसम्बर, 2005
का.आ. 1785(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 छ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार के आदेश संख्यांक का. आ. 1105 ( अ) तारीख 11 अक्तूबर, 2004 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त आदेश की अनुसूची के पैरा 4 में मिल का नाम और अवस्थिति से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 18 के सामने प्रविष्टि में " राम पेपर मिल्स लिमिटेड" शब्दों के स्थान पर " रामा पेपर मिल्स लिमिटेड" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

टिप्पण: मूल आदेश , भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण में संख्यांक, का. आ. 1105 ( अ ) , तारीख 11 अक्तूबर, 2004 द्वारा प्रकाशित हुआ था और तत्पश्चात् का. आ. 1.371 ( अ) , तारीख 19 सितम्बर, 2005 द्वारा संशोधित किया गया था ।

S.O. 1785 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and IndustryNumber S.O. 1105 (E) dated the 11th October , 2004, namely:-
In the said Order, in the Schedule, in paragraph 4 relating to Name of the Mill and Location, in the entry against serial number 18 , for the words " Ram Paper Mills Ltd. " , the words " Rama Paper Mills Ltd. , " shall be substituted.
