नई दिल्ली , 20 दिसम्बर , 2005 सं. 34( आरई -2005 ) /2004-2009 का.आ. 1787(अ) . विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 (समय - समय पर यथासंशोधित ) के पैराग्राफ 1.3 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 की सं. 22 ) की धारा 5 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा अधिसूचना सं. 30/ ( 2004-2009 ) दिनांक 17 मार्च, 2005 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
स्टोन एग्रीगेट और नदी की रेत की संशोधित मात्राएं निम्नानुसार होंगी :-
स्टोन एग्रीगेट : 4,78,000 मी. टन
नदी की रेतः 5,32,878 मी. टन 2. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

New Delhi , the 20th December, 2005 No. 34 (RE- 2005)/2004-2009
S.O. 1787(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 ( as amended from time to time) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification No. 30/(2004-2009 ) dated 17th March, 2005 :---
The quantities of Stone Aggregate and River Sand stand revised as follows :--
Stone Aggregate : 4,78,000 MT RiverSand: 5,32,878 MT 2. This issues in public interest.
