सं. 11 ( 1 ) 2005 - डीपीईए. संकल्प सं. 7 ( 1 ) /99- डीपीईए दिनांक 29 मार्च, 2000 और संकल्प सं. 12 ( 2 ) / 1999- डीपीईए, दिनांक 10 अक्तूबर, 2002 के साथ पठित रसायन और पैट्रोरसायन विभाग के संकल्प सं. 23/2/93- पीआई -1 दिनांक 21 मार्च, 1994, जिसके द्वारा उसमें उल्लिखित उद्देश्यों के लिए एक तीन सदस्यीय समिति का गठन किया गया था, में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए सरकार ने औषध मूल्य देयता समीक्षा समिति ( डीपीएलआरसी ) को 31 दिसम्बर, 2005 से अगले आदेशों तक स्थगित रखने और समिति के अध्यक्ष/सदस्यों न्यायमूर्ति श्री आर.एल. गुप्ता, अध्यक्ष, श्री पी. के. मट्टू, सदस्य और श्री सी. रामास्वामी, सदस्य की पदावधि 31 दिसम्बर, 2005 से समाप्त करने का निर्णय लिया है । तदनुसार वे 31 दिसम्बर, 2005 ( एएन ) से कार्य मुक्तमाने जायेंगे ।

RESOLUTION
New Delhi, the 16th December, 2005
No. 11 (1 )/2005-DPEA.-In partial modification of theResolution No. 23 /2/93 -PI - I dated 2 1st March, 1994 , of the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals read with Resolution No. 7 (1 ) /99 - DPEA, dated 29th March, 2000 and Resolution No. 12 (2)/ 1999 -DPEA, dated 10th October, 2002 constituting a three -member committee for the purpose stated therein, the Government has decided that the Drug Prices Liabilities Review Committee (DPLRC) is placed under suspended animation with effect from 31st December , 2005 until further orders and the tenure of Chairman/Members of the Committee Justice Shri R.L. Gupta, Chairman, Shri P.K. Matto, Member and Shri C. Ramaswamy, Member, be ended on 31st December , 2005. Accordingly they stand relieved from their duties with effect from 31st December, 2005 (AN) .
