G.S.R. 730 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 8) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure , 1973 (2 of 1974) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Jitendra R. Solanki , Advocate , Mumbai High Court, as Special Public Prosecutor for the purpose of conducting cases instituted under (a ) The Central Excises Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) , (b) The Employees ' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 ( 19 of 1952) , (c ) The Companies Act, 1956 ( 1 of 1956) , (d) The Wealth -tax Act, 1957 (27 of 1957), (e) The Gift- tax Act , 1958 ( 18 of 1958), (f) The Income-tax Act , 1961 (43 of 1961 ) , (g ) The Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , (h) The Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (52 of 1974), (i) The Prevention of Blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (7 of 1980) and (j ) The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (61 of 1985) before the Special Courts , Sessions Court and Additional Session Courts in theGreater Mumbai for a period of three years or until further orders , whichever is earlier , subject to the condition that Shri Jitendra R. Solanki , Advocate shall not appear in any criminal case in any Special Court , Sessions Court or Additional Sessions Court against the Central Government or any officer of the Central Government or against any Department of the CentralGovernment .
सा.का.नि. 730(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता,. 1973 ( 1974 का 2 ) की धारा 24 की उप - धारा ( 8 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री जितेन्द्र आर . सोलंकी, मुम्बई उच्च न्यायालय, अधिवक्ता, की ( क ) केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम, 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) , ( ख ) कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि और प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम, 1952( 1952 का 19 ) , ( ग ) कम्पनी अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) , ( घ ) धन - कर अधिनियम , 1957 ( 1957 का 27 ) , ( ङ) दान- कर अधिनियम, 1958 ( 1958 का 18 ) , (च) आय-कर अधिनियम, 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) , ( छ ) सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) , ( ज ) विदेशी मुद्रा संरक्षण और तस्करी निवारण अधिनियम, 1974 ( 1974 का 52 ) , ( झ ) चोर बाजारी निवारण और आवश्यक वस्तु प्रदाय अधिनियम, 1980 ( 1980 का 7 ) और ( ज ) स्वापक औषधि और मनः प्रभावी पदार्थ अधिनियम , 1985 ( 1985 का 61 ) केअधीन संस्थित मामलों का वृहत्तर मुम्बई में विशेष न्यायालयों, सेशन न्यायालय और अतिरिक्त सेशन न्यायालयों के समक्ष संचालन इस शर्त के अध्यधीन कि श्री जितेन्द्र आर. सोलंकी, अधिवक्ता किंसी भी दण्डिक मामले में केन्द्रीय सरकार या केन्द्रीय सरकार के किसी अधिकारी के विरुद्ध या केन्द्रीय सरकार के किसी विभाग के विरुद्ध किसी विशेष न्यायालय, सेशन न्यायालय या अतिरिक्त सेशन न्यायालय में उपसंजात नहीं होंगे, तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या अगले आदेश तक, इनमें से जो भी पूर्वतर हो, विशेष लोक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।
