का०आ० 1795 (अ) .- राष्ट्रपति, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 12 के अनुसरण में , राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्यक्षेत्र, दिल्ली की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों से, उक्त अधिनियम और तद्धीन बनाए गए नियमों और किए गए आदेशों के उपबंधों के अनुसार , राज्य सभा के सदस्य श्री कर्ण सिंह केस्थान को भरने के प्रयोजन के लिए, जो अपनी पदावधि के अवसान पर 27 जनवरी, 2006 को निवृत्त हो रहे हैं , एक सदस्य को निर्वाचित करने की अपेक्षा करते हैं ।

S.O. 1795 (E) . In pursuance of Section 12 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951 ), the President is pleased to call upon the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi to elect , in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the rules and orders made thereunder, one member for the purpose of filling the seat of Shri Karan Singh, a member of the Council of States who is retiring on 27th January, 2006, on the expiration ofhis term ofoffice .

का०आ ० 1797(अ).- राष्ट्रपति, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 12 के अनुसरण में , राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्यक्षेत्र, दिल्ली की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों से, उक्त अधिनियम और तद्धीन बनाए गए नियमों और किए गए आदेशों के उपबंधों के अनुसार उस सदन में पूर्व में श्री पी० एम ० सईद, जिनकी पदावधि 27 जनवरी, 2006 तक थी किन्तु जिनका 18 दिसंबर , 2005 को देहांत हो गया है, द्वारा धारित स्थान को भरने के लिए एक सदस्य को निर्वाचित करने की अपेक्षा करते हैं ।

M. Sayeed, whose term ofoffice was upto 27th January , 2006, but who expired on 18th December, 2005 .
