सा.का.नि. 741(अ) .- महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963के अधिनियम सं. 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उप - धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 10 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकार प्रयुक्त करके, केन्द्र सरकार, अतिरिक्त सचिव ( पत्तन ) , आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार, परिवहन, सड़क और भवन ( पत्तन विभाग ) , आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार, हैदराबाद के स्थान पर, विशेष कार्याधिकारी ( पत्तन ) , परिवहन , सड़क और भवन विभाग, आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार सचिवालय , हैदराबाद को एतद्वारा , 31-3-2006 तक, विशाखापत्तनम पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी बोर्ड में न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार के पहले के पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय , पत्तन पक्ष की दिनांक 20 अगस्त, 2004 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 531 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम सं. 17 में उल्लिखित शब्दों, " अतिरिक्त सचिव ( पत्तन ) , आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार, परिवहन , सड़क और भवन ( पत्तन विभाग ) , आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार, हैदराबाद " को " विशेष कार्याधिकारी ( पत्तन ) , परिवहन, सड़क और भवन विभाग , आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार सचिवालय , हैदराबाद ", शब्दों से प्रतिस्थापित कर दिया जाए ।

New Delhi , the 22nd December , 2005
G.S.R. 741 (E) .-In exercise of powers conferred by Sub- section (1 ) read with Sub-section (6) of Section 3 and Sub-section (2) of Section 10 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 ( 38 of 1963) , the Central Government hereby appoints Officer on Special Duty (Ports ) , Transport , Roads and Buildings Department, Andhra Pradesh Secretariat , Hyderabad on the Board of Trustees of the Visakhapatnam PortTrust vice Additional Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh (Ports ) , Transport, Roads and Buildings (Ports Department) , Government of Andhra Pradesh , Hyderabad as a Trustee upto 31-3-2006 and makes the following amendment in the Notification ofthe Government ofIndia in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 531 (E) dated 20th August, 2004.
2. In the said Notification , against serial number 17 for the words "Additional Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh (Ports ) , Transport , Roads and Buildings (Ports Department ) , Government of Andhra Pradesh , Hyderabad" the words " Officer - on-Special Duty (Ports), Transport , Roads and Buildings Department , Andhra Pradesh Secretariat , Hyderabad " shall be substituted.
