का.आ. 1805 ( अ ).- भारतीय प्रतिभूति एवं विनिमय बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 का 15 ) की धारा4 के साथ पठित धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय , आर्थिक कार्य विभाग की तारीख 21 फरवरी, 1992 की अधिसूचना सं.का.आ. 147 ( अ ) में आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने तथा तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 3 read with Section 4 ofthe Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 ( 15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification ofthe Government of India , in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Economic Affairs, number S.O. 147 (E) dated the 21st February, 1992 namely:-
