सा.का.नि. 745( अ)/आ.व. चीनी. भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप- खण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय ( खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग ) के आदेश संख्या सा.का. नि. 666( अ )/आ.व./चीनी, दिनांक 17-11-2005 में ।
पृष्ठ 26 पर अनुसूची- II में असम, उड़ीसा, पश्चिम बंगाल और नागालैंड जोन में पड़ने वाली फैक्ट्रियों के संबंध में सभी भा.ची. मा. ग्रेडों के लिए फैक्ट्री के द्वार/फैक्ट्री के गोदाम पर क्रेता की बैलगाड़ियों, लारियों अथवा ढुलाई के अन्य साधनों में सुपुर्दगी करने के लिए जोन- वार मूल्य (उत्पाद शुल्क को छोड़कर) 1219.22 रुपए प्रति क्विटल की बजाय 1219.33 रुपए प्रति क्विटल पढ़े जाएंगे ।
अनुसूची- III में:-
(i ) पृष्ठ संख्या 40 पर शीर्षक " उत्तर प्रदेश ( मध्य ) " की सूची में क्रम संख्या 29 और 32 के सामने चीनी फैक्ट्रियों के नाम की प्रविष्टियां हटा दी जाएं;
( ii ) शीर्षक " उत्तर प्रदेश ( मध्य ) " की सूची में क्रम संख्या 30 , 31 , 33, 34 , 35 ,36, 37, 38 , 39 , 40, 41 और 42 को क्रम संख्या 29 , 30, 31 , 32, 33 , 34,35,36, 37, 38, 39 और 40 दी जाए; और
(iii) शीर्षक " उत्तर प्रदेश ( पूर्व ) " की सूची में " बजाज हिन्दुस्तान लि. , गोलागोकरणनाथ, जिला खीरी " और " बजाज हिन्दुस्तान लि. , पालियाकलां, जिला खीरी " के नाम की प्रविष्टियां क्रम संख्या 52 और 53 के रूप में शामिल की जाएंगी ।

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 26th December, 2005
G.S.R. 745 (E ) /Ess . Com./Sugar. In the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution ( Department of Food and Public Distribution) number G.S.R. 666 (E)/Ess . Com./Sugar dated the 17-11-2005 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub - section (i) .
InSchedule- II at page 26 , the zone - wise prices for delivery into buyer's carts , lorries or other means of transport atthe factory gate/ factory godown for all ISS Grades [ excluding excise duty ] in respect of factories falling under Assam, Orissa , West Bengal and Nagaland zones shall be read as Rs . 1219.33 per quintal instead of Rs . 1219.22 per quintal .
InSchedule III:-
(1) at page 40, the entries of the names of sugar factories against Serial numbers 29 and 32 of the list captioned "Uttar Pradesh (Central) " shall be omitted;
(ii) The Serial numbers at 30, 31 , 33 , 34 , 35, 36, 37 , 38 , 39 , 40, 41 and 42 in the list captioned " Utter Pradesh (Central)" shall be renumbered as 29 , 30, 31 , 32 , 33 , 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40;
(iii) The entries "Bajaj Hindustan Ltd. , Golagokarannath , District Kheri " and "Bajaj Hindustan Ltd. , Paliakalan , District Kheri " shall be inserted at Serial numbers 52 and 53 in the list captioned " Uttar Pradesh (East) " .
