सा.का.नि. 746( अ ) .-सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है, एतद्वारा भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 89/2005- सीमाशुल्क, दिनांक 4 अक्तूबर, 2005, सा.का.नि. 624 ( अ ), दिनांक 4 अक्तूबर, 2005 में और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, पैराग्राफ 2 में, " 31 दिसम्बर, 2005 " शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंकों के स्थान पर " 31 मार्च, 2006 " शब्द, अक्षर और अंक रखे जाएंगे ।

(Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 26th December, 2005 No. 104/2005- CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 746 (E) . In exercise of the powers con- ferredby Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Depart- ment of Revenue ) , No. 89 /2005- Customs , dated the 4th October, 2005 ,G.S.R. 624(E) , dated the 4th October , 2005,namely:-
Inthe said notification , in paragraph 2, for the words, letters and figures " 31st day of December, 2005 " , the words , letters and figures "31st day of March, 2006 " shall be substituted.
