का.आ. 1808 ( अ ) . भारतीय प्रतिभूति एवं विनिमय बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 का 15 ) की धारा 4 के साथ पठित धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय, आर्थिक कार्य विभाग की तारीख 26 जून, 2003 की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 736( अ ) में आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ; अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा; अर्थात्:-

S.O. 1808 (E) . In exercise of the powers con- ferred by Section 3 read with Section 4 of the Securities andExchange Board of India Act, 1992 ( 15 of 1992) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs , number S.O. 736 ( E) dated the 26th June , 2003 , namely:-
In the said notification , against serial number 3 , for the existing entry, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
---Member" "Shri V. Leeladhar , DeputyGovernor , Reserve Bank of India .
