का.आ. 1810(अ).- न्यूनतम मजदूरी अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 11 ) की धारा 19 के उप - खण्ड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय के दिनांक 6 मार्च, 1990 के सां.आ. संख्या 192 (अ) की अधिसूचना का अधिक्रमण करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ निम्नांकित तालिका में स्तंभ (2) में दर्शाए गए अधिकारियों को उनके नाम के आगे कॉलम (3) में दर्शाए गए क्षेत्र में निरीक्षक नियुक्त करती है, अर्थात.: -

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of section 19 of the Minimum of Wages Act , 1948 ( 11 of 1948) and in super session of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. का.आ. 1811 (अ).- न्यूनतम मजदूरी अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 11 ) की धारा 20 की उप धारा ( i ) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का आ.सं. 193 (अ) दिनांक 6 मार्च , 1990 का अधिक्रमण करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , अनुसूचित नियोजनों में जिसके संबंध में केन्द्र सरकार , समुचित सरकार है , नियोजित कर्मचारियों को धारा 13 की उपधारा के खण्ड (ख) या खण्ड ( ग) के अंतर्गत मजदूरी की न्यूनतम दरों से कम भुगतान या विश्राम के दिनों के लिए या ऐसे दिनों में किए गए कार्य के लिए पारिश्रमिक के भुगतान का धारा 14 के अंतर्गत समयोपरि दर पर मजदूरी के भुगतान के संबंध में उत्पन्न दावों की सुनवाई या निर्णय हेतु नीचे दी गई तालिका के कॉलम (2 ) में दिए गए अधिकारियों को, तालिका के कॉलम (3) में उनके सामने विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र में प्राधिकारी नियुक्त करती है, अर्थात: -

S.O. 1811 (E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 20 of the Minimum of Wages Act , 1948 ( 11 of 1948 ) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. No.193 (E) , dated the 6th March , 1990 Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be the Authority to hear and decide all claims arising out of payment of less than the minimum rates of wages or in respect of the payment of remuneration for days of rest or for work done on such days under clause (b) or clause (c ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 13 vn of wages at the overtime rate under section 14 , to the empioyees employed and engaged in the Scheduled employments in relation to which the Central Government is the appropriate Government , in the area specified against them in column ( 3 ) thereof, namely: -
