S.O. 1812(E).- In pursuance of Sub -section (3) of Section 12 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005), the President is pleased to appoint ShriA. N. Tiwari as the Information Commissioner with effect from the forenoon of 26th December , 2005 .
का.आ. 1812(अ).- राष्ट्रपति, सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 22 ) की धारा 12 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के अनुसरण में श्री ए. एन. तिवारी को दिनांक 26 दिसम्बर, 2005 के पूर्वाह्न से सूचना आयुक्त के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं ।
