का.आ. 1830(अ ) .- भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (अध्यक्ष तथा सदस्यों की सेवाओं का निबंधन और शर्तें ) नियमावली, 1992 के साथ पठित भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1992( 1992 का 15 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा डॉ. टी. सी. नायर को उक्तउप - धारा के खण्ड ( घ ) के तहत भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड के पूर्णकालिक सदस्य के रूप में, पद का कार्य भार संभालने की तारीख से 3 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या उनकी 62 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक या अगले आदेश तक, जो भी पहले हो, नियुक्त करती है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section (1 ) of Section 4 of the Securities and Ex- changeBoard of India Act, 1992 ( 15 of 1992) , read with the Securities and Exchange Board ofIndia (Terms and Condi- tions ofServices of Chairman and Members ) Rules , 1992 , the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. T. C. Nair as Whole TimeMember ofthe Securities and Exchange Board ofIndiaunder clause ( d) of that Sub - section for a period of 3 years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till he attains the age of sixty - two years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest .
