का.आ. 1836( अ ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा , न्यूनतम मजदूरी अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 11 ) की धारा 7 और 9 के साथ पठितन्यूनतम मजदूरी ( केन्द्रीय ) नियमावली, 1950 के नियम 9 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री सुरेन्द्र कुमार कौशिक कोन्यूनतम मजदूरी सलाहकार बोर्ड के स्वतंत्र व्यक्ति तथा अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त तथा नामित करती है एवं इस प्रयोजनार्थ भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड ( ii ) में दिनांक 11 फरवरी , 2005 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय की दिनांक 11 फरवरी, 2005 की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 196 (अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, " स्वतंत्र सदस्य " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत, क्रम संख्या 1 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी :

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 29th December, 2005
S.O. 1836 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 7 and 9 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 ( 11 of1948) read with Rule 9 of the Minimum Wages (Central) Rules , 1950 , the Central Government hereby appoints and nominates Shri Surender Kumar Kaushik as independent person and Chairman of the Minimum Wages Advisory Board and for the said purpose makes the following amend- ments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofLabour and Employment vide No. S.O. 196 (Ε) , dated the 11th February , 2005 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section (ii ) , dated the 11th February, 2005 , namely:--
In the said notification, under the heading " Inde- pendent Members", for serial number 1 and the entry relat- ing thereto, the following serial number and the entry shall be substituted:
