सा.का.नि. 754( अ ) .- भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप -खण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 616(अ) शुद्धिपत्र दिनांक 29 सितम्बर, 2005 [ सिगरेट और अन्य तम्बाकू उत्पाद (विज्ञापन का प्रतिषेध और व्यापार एवं वाणिज्य, उत्पादन, प्रदाय और वितरण विनियमन ) ( संशोधन) नियमावली, 2005 ] तथा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, स्वास्थ्यऔर परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 698 (अ ) , दिनांक 30 नवम्बर, 2005 [ सिगरेट और अन्य तम्बाकू उत्पाद (विज्ञापन का प्रतिषेध और व्यापार एवं वाणिज्य, उत्पादन, प्रदाय तथा वितरण विनियमन ) ( दूसरा संशोधन ) नियमावली, 2005 ] , में " 1 जनवरी , 2006 ", जहां भी छपा हो, के लिए " 1 मार्च, 2006" प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

In the notification of Government ofIndia,Ministry ofHealth and Family Welfare No. G.S.R. 616 (E) Corrigendum dated 29th September , 2005 , to the [Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce , Production, Supply and Distribution) (Amendment) Rules , 2005] , published in Part II , Section 3 , Sub -section (i) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary and in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare No. G.S.R. 698 (E) , dated 30th November , 2005 , [The Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products ( Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce , Production, Supply and Distribution). (Second Amendment) Rules , 2005] , published in Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( i) ofthe Gazette of India, Extraordinary, for the words " 1st day of January, 2006 " wherever they appear , the words " 1st day ofMarch , 2006" may be substituted.
