का.नि.आ. 1 ( अ) - कतिपय छावनी परिषदों में फेरफार करने की घोषणा वाली दिनांक 28 फरवरी , 2003 की रक्षा मंत्रालय की संख्या का.नि.आ. 04(अ.) , 27/29 जुलाई 2004 की संख्या का.नि.आ. 06(अ .) और 23 अगस्त, 2005 की संख्या का. नि. आ. 08 ( अ.) में भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना के साथ पठित छावनी अधिनियम , 1924 ( 1924 का 2) की धारा 14 की उपधारा (3 ) के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त धारा की उपधारा (2) के खंड ( ग ) के तहत सारणी के कालम (3) में निर्दिष्ट की गई सारणी के कालम (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट छावनी बोर्डों के सदस्यों का नामांकन इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 30 जून , 2006 को समाप्त होने वाली अवधि तक और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 13 के अधीन बोर्ड का गठन होने तक , इनमें से जो भी पहले हो , अधिसूचित करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th January, 2006
S.R.O. 1 ( E ) . In pursuance of subsection (3) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act , 1924(2 of 1924) read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence S.R.O. 04 (E) dated 28th February , 2003 , SRO 06 (E) dated 27/29 July 2004 and SRO 08 ( E) dated 23rd August, 2005 containing the declaration varying the constitution of certain Cantonment Boards , the Central Government hereby notifies the nornination of members of the Cantonment Boards specified in column (2) of the Table given below indicated in column (3 ) thereof, under clause (c) of sub- section (2) of the said section for a period ending on 30th June, 2006 with effect from the date of publication of this Notification, or till constitution of the Board under Section 13 of the said Act ,whichever is earlier .
