विदेश मंत्रालय (हज सैल) अधिसूचना
New Delhi , the 12th January , 2006 नई दिल्ली, 12 जनवरी , 2006 का.आ. 41 ( अ ) .- हज समिति अधिनियम , 2002 (2002 का 35वां ) को धारा 3 , 4 और 5 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार इस अधिसूचना के भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने- कीतिथिसे श्री रघु मेनन के स्थान पर श्री आर. के. सिंह , संयुक्त सचिव, नागर विमानन मंत्रालय तथा श्री किशन सिंह के स्थान पर सुश्री कामेश्वरी सुब्रमण्यन, संयुक्त सचिव, वित्त मंत्रालय को भारतीय हज समिति के पदेन सदस्य के रूप में एतद्वारा मनोनीत करती है ।
S.O. 41 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 , 4 and 5 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002), the Central Government hereby nominates Shri R.K. Singh , Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Civil Aviation in place of Shri Raghu Menon and M/ s . Kameswari Subramanian, Joint Secretary in Ministry of Finance in place of Shri Kishan Singh , as ex -officio members of the Haj Committee of India with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India.
