सा.का.नि. 13( अ ). भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग से संबंधित भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) तीसरा संशोधन विनियम, 2005 के संबंध में कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय , कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग की दिनांक 25-08-2005 की अधिसूचना संख्या 11031/5/2003 , जो दिनांक 03-09-2005 की संख्या सा. का. नि. 290 के रूप में भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II , खंड 3 ( i ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी:-
(क) राज्य सरकार के अधीन वरिष्ठ पदों के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 1 में मनोरंजन कर आयुक्त के नीचे निम्न पद अंतःस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्:-
पंजीकरण तथा स्टाम्प महानिरीक्षक : 1
( ख ) टिप्पण ( 1 ) हेतु इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने से पूर्व उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग की कुल प्राधिकृत संख्या 253 थी। निम्न प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्: - टिप्पण ( 1 ): इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने से पूर्व उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग की कुल प्राधिकृत संख्या 467 थी ।

G.SR. 13(E).In the Ministry of Personnel , PublicGrievances and Pensions , Department of Personnel and Training's Notification No. 11031 /5/ 2003 - AIS (II) -A dated 25-08-2005, published as No. G. S. R. 290 dated 03-09-2005 in the Gazette of India inPart II, Section 3 (i ) , regarding the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Third Amendment Regulations, 2005 relating to the Uttar Pradesh Cadre of the Indian Administrative Service.
(a) The following post under Sl . No. 1 Senior Posts under the State Government may be inserted below Entertainment Tax Commissioner, namely:-
Inspector General of Registration and Stamps : 1
(b) For the Note ( 1 ) : Prior to issue of this Notification, the Total Authorised Strength of Uttar Pradesh Cadre was 253 .
The following shall be substituted, namely:--
Note(1) : Prior to issue of this notification , the Total Authorised Strength of Uttar Pradesh Cadre was 467.
