सं. 3/2006- सीमा शुल्क (गै . टै. )
सा.का.नि. 15 ( अ ) .- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( क क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की दिनांक 2 अप्रैल , 1997 की अधिसूचना सं. 12/1997- सीमा शुल्क ( गै.टै. ) , में और आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, नामतः:-
( 1 ) उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, क्रम सं. 9 के सामने , महाराष्ट्र राज्य से संबंधित, मद ( ix ) की प्रविष्टि तथा कॉलम (4 ) में तद्नुरूपी प्रविष्टिके पश्चात, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा, नामतः:-

" ( i ) ग्राम पलास्पे, पनवेल जिला रायगढ़, महाराष्ट्र
( 2 ) उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, क्र. सं. 13 के सामने, कॉलम ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि तथा कॉलम ( 4 ) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि के पश्चात, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा, नामतः:-

G.S.R. 15(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of Sub- section ( 1 ) read with Sub- section (2) of Section7 ofthe Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No. 12/1997 -CUSTOMS (N.T. ) , G.S.R. 193 (E) , dated the 2nd April , 1997 , namely :-
1. In the table to the said notification , against the serial number 9 , in column (3 ) , after the entry at item (ix) and corresponding entry in column (4) , the following shall be inserted, namely :--

Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods"
"(x) Village Palaspe, Panvel , Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra .
2. In the table to the said notification, against the serial number 13 , after the entry in column (3) and corresponding entry in column (4) , the following shall be inserted, namely:-
