सं. डी-ई- 22-2005- दन्त चिकित्सक अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 16 ) की धारा 20 के साथ पठित धारा 10 के के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय दन्त परिषद् केन्द्रीय सरकार के पूर्वानुमोदन से, नए दन्त कालेजों की स्थापना, अध्ययन अथवा प्रशिक्षण के नए अथवा उच्चतर पाठ्यक्रम खोलने और दन्त कालेजों में प्रवेश क्षमता बढ़ाने से संबंधित विनियमों में संशोधन करते हुए, निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ: -
संशोधन ) विनियम , 2006 कहा जाएगा ।
( 1 ) इन विनियमों को भारतीय दन्त परिषद् ( नए दन्त कालेजों की स्थापना, दन्त कालेजों में अध्ययन अथवा प्रशिक्षण के नए अथवा उच्चतर पाठ्यक्रम खोलना और प्रवेश क्षमता बढ़ाना ) (
(2).ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।
2. प्रधान भारतीय दन्त परिषद्विनियम , 2006 के विनियम 4 ( 2 )में , उसमें उल्लिखित ' अनुसूची ' को निम्नलिखित ' अनुसूची ' से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा:-

नया दन्त कालेज खोलने, अध्ययन का उच्चतर पाठ्यक्रम शुरू करने तथा मान्यताप्राप्त दन्त कालेजों में प्रवेश क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए आवेदन पत्रों की प्राप्ति तथा केन्द्रीय सरकार एवं भारतीय दन्त परिषद् द्वारा इस पर कार्रवाई करने के लिए समय- सूची।

टिप्पणी:- (1 ) यदि परिषद् की सिफारिशों के संबंध में केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा कोई स्पष्टीकरण मांगा जाता है तो परिषद् यदि आवश्यक हो, निरीक्षण करने के पश्चात् ऐसा स्पष्टीकरण तुरन्त भेजेगी ।
( 2) आवेदन पत्रोंके किसी वर्ग अथवा श्रेणी के संबंध में केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त समय- सूची में, लिखित कारण बताते हुए, संशोधन कर सकती है । "

NewDelhi , the 16th January, 2006
No. DE- 22-2005 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A read with Section 20 of the Dentists Act, 1948 ( 16 of 1948) , the Dental Council of India with the previous approval ofthe Central Government hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Regulations relating to establishment ofnew dental colleges , opening ofnew or higher course ofstudy or training and increase of admission capacity in dental colleges , namely:-
1. Short title and commencement: --
(1 ) These regulations may be called the Dental Council of India (Establishment of New Dental Colleges , Opening of New or Higher Course of Study or Training and Increase ofAdmission Capacity in Dental Colleges) (Amendment) Regulations , 2006.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In regulation 4(2) ofthe principal DCI regulations 2006, the ' Schedule ' mentioned therein, shall be substituted with the following' Schedule' :--
