सं. 04/2006-सीमाशुल्क (गै.टै. )
का.आ. 46( अ).-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमाशुल्क बोर्ड, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 के खंड (क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा, भारत सरकार केवित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्वविभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 62/94--सीमाशुल्क (गै.टै.. ) दिनांक 21 नवम्बर, 1994 , का. आ. 829( अ ) दिनांक 21 नवम्बर, 1994 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करता है :-
S.O. 46(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No. 62/94 -Customs (N.T. ) , dated the 21st November, 1994 , S.O. 829 (E ) , dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :-
उक्तअधिसूचना की सारणी में पणजी पत्तन से संबंधित क्र.सं. 4 केसामने स्तंभ (4 ) में मद सं. ( ख ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित मद और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियाँ अन्तः स्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्: -
In the said notification, in the Table against serial number 4, in column (4) , after item number (b) relating tò Panajiport, the following item and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely :-
" (ग ) कर्मी दल के यात्री सामान की लदाई और उतराई । "
"(c) Loading and unloading of crew baggage ." .

टिप्पण:- मूल अधिसूचना का.आ. 829( अ ) दिनांक 21 नवम्बर, 1994 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और उसमें अधिसूचना सं. 93/2005 सीमाशुल्क ( एन.टी. ) तारीख 10 अक्तूबर, 2005, सं. का.आ. 1478 ( अ) तारीख 10 अक्तूबर, 2005 द्वारा अंतिम संशोधन किया गया था।
Note: The principal notification was published vide number S.O. 829 (E) , dated the 21st November, 1994 and last amended vide notification number 93/2005- Customs (NT) , dated the 10th October, 2005 , No. S.O. 1478 (E), dated the 10th October, 2005.
