का.आ. 51 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, ठेका श्रम (विनियमन और उत्सादन ) अधिनियम , 1970 ( 1970 का 37 ) की धारा 10 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् और ठेका श्रम के लिए प्रदत्त काम की परिस्थितियां और फायदे और उक्त धारा की उप- धारा (2 ) में प्रगणित अन्य सुसंगत कारकों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, रक्षा अनुसंधान और विकास संगठन के अधीन अनुसंधान केन्द्र इमारत, विज्ञान कंचा, हैदराबाद के प्रतिष्ठान में झाडू लगाने और सफाई करने के कार्यों/जॉब में और सैनिक अभियंता सेवाओं के अधीन गैरीसन इंजीनियर ( I ) अनुसंधान और विकास , अनुसंधान केन्द्र इमारत , चंद्रायनागुता, केशवगिरी, हैदराबाद के प्रतिष्ठान में विद्युत उप केन्द्रके प्रचालन और अनुरक्षण में, ठेका श्रम के नियोजन को , इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रतिषिद्ध करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th January, 2006
S.O. 51 (E). In exercise of the powers conferredby sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act , 1970 (37 of 1970 ) the Central Government, after consultation with the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board and having regard to the conditions of work and benefits provided for the contract labour and other relevant factors enumerated in sub-section (2) of said Section, hereby prohibits the employment of contract labour in the works/jobs of sweeping and cleaning in the establishment of Research Centre Imarat, Vignyana Kancha , Hyderabad under Defence Research and Development Organisation; and the operation and maintenance of electrical sub station in the establishment of Garrison Engineer (1) , Research and Development, Research Centre Imarat , Chandrayanagutta, Keshovgiri Post, Hyderabad under Military Engineering Services, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
