नई दिल्ली, 18 जनवरी , 2006
का.आ. 52 (अ) .- संविधान के अनुच्छेद 77 के खंड ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रपति अधिप्रमाणन ( आदेश और अन्य लिखत ) नियमावली, 2002 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं , अर्थात्: -
1. (i ) ये नियम अधिप्रमाणन ( आदेश और अन्य लिखत ) संशोधन नियमावली , 2005 कहलाएंगे ।
(ii ) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. अधिप्रमाणन ( आदेश और अन्य लिखत ) नियमावली, 2002 के नियम 2 में :-
(i) धारा (44 ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए : -
"जल संसाधन मंत्रालय के संबंध में आदेशों और अन्य लिखतों के मामले में विभाग के ईस्टर रिवर्स विंग में शाखा अधिकारी केरूप में कार्यरत भारत सरकार का अवर सचिव; और वरिष्ठ संयुक्त आयुक्त/संयुक्त आयुक्त, निदेशक ( राजभाषा ) , वरिष्ठ संयुक्तआयुक्त (कृषि विषय ) , संयुक्त आयुक्त ( मृदा/कृषि इंजीनियरी/सस्य विज्ञान ), निदेशक/संयुक्त निदेशक ( सांख्यिकी) , उप निदेशक ( सांख्यिकी) , उप आयुक्त, उप निदेशक ( राजभाषा ) , उप निदेशक ( कृषि अर्थशास्त्र ) ; अथवा" (ii ) धारा ( 47 ) शामिल की जाए ताकि निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाए:-
" ( 47 ) भू- संसाधन, ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय ( बंजर भूमि विकास प्रभाग ) के संबंध में आदेशों और लिखतों के मामले में उस विभाग में उप महानिरीक्षक ( वन ) , उप सलाहकार ( वानिकी ) , सहायक महानिरीक्षक ( वन ) , उप आयुक्त अथवा वैज्ञानिक ( टीई ) द्वारा। "

New Delhi , the 18th January, 2006
S.O. 52(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution , the President is pleased to make the following rules to amend the Authentication (Orders & other Instruments ) Rules, 2002 namely:----
1. (1) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders & other Instruments) Amendment Rules , 2005.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In rule 2 of the Authentication (Orders & other Instruments) Rules , 2002 :---
① Section (44) may be substituted by the following :-
"In the case of orders and other instruments relating to the Ministry of Water Resources , by the Under Secretaryto the Government of India functioning as Branch Officer in the Eastern Rivers Wing inthatDepartment; and by Senior Joint Commissioner/ Joint Commissioner, Director (Official Language) , Senior Joint -Commissioner (Agricultural Disciplines ) , Joint Commissioner (Soils/Agricultural Engineering/Agronomy) , Director/ Joint Director (Statistics ) , Deputy Director (Statistics ) , Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Director (Official Language) , Deputy Director (Agricultural Economics ); or "
(ii) Section (47) may be inserted to read as :-
"(47) in the case of orders and other instruments relating to the Department of Land Resources , Ministry ofRural Development (Wasteland Development Division) by the Dy. Inspector General (Forests) , Dy.Adviser (Forestry) , Asstt. Inspector General (Forests) , Deputy Commissioner or Scientist (TE) in that Department .
