का.आ. 75(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, चूना पत्थर और डोलोमाइट खान श्रम कल्याण निधि नियम , 1973 के नियम 3 के उप- नियम ( 1) केखंड (क) और नियम 4 के उप-नियम ( 2 ) के साथ पठित चूना- पत्थर औरडोलोमाइट खान श्रम कल्याण निधि अधिनियम, 1972 ( 1972 का 62) की धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 484( अ ) , तारीख 30 अप्रैल, 2003 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
S.O. 75(E) . In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 7 of the Limestone and Dolomite Mines Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1972 (62 of 1972) read with clause (a) of Sub -rule ( 1 ) of Rule 3 and Sub -rule (2) of Rule 4 of the Limestone and Dolomite Mines Labour Welfare Fund Rules, 1973 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, number S.O. 484 (E) , dated the 30th April, 2003.
Inthe said notification, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial Number and entries shall be substituted , namely:-
उक्तअधिसूचना में , क्रम संख्यांक 1 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखे जाएंगे , अर्थात्:-
