का.आ. 79( अ ).- दुग्ध एवं दुग्ध उत्पाद आदेश , 1992 के पैरा 13 के उप पैरा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए औरदिनांक 15-9-2005 की अधिसूचना सं. 1325 ( अ) में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार राज्य सरकार के निम्नलिखित अधिकारी को नीचे दिए गए तालिका के कॉलम तीन में दर्शाए गए संबंधित अधिकार क्षेत्र में पंजीकरण प्राधिकारी का कार्य करने के लिए नामित करती है ।

S.O. 79 (E). In exercise ofpowers conferred by Sub -Paragraph (1 ) of the Paragraph 13 of MMPO , 1992 and in partial modification in Notification No. 1325 (E) dated 15-9-2005 the Central Government hereby designates the following Officer of the State Government to discharge the functions of the Registering Authority in the respective area ofjurisdiction as shown in column 3 of the table below.
