का.आ. 88(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74) की धारा 5 के अधीन फर्स्ट कमोडिटीज एक्सचेंज ऑफ इंडिया लि. , कोची द्वारा मान्यता के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को नारियल का तेल, कोपरा और उसकीखली में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में 1-2-2006 से 31-1-2009 (दोनों दिन शामिल ) तक की अगले तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता का नवीनीकरण करती है ।
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता का नवीनीकरण इस शर्त के अध्याधीन किया जाता है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय- समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

NewDelhi, the 25th January, 2006
S.O. 88 (E) . The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , the application for renewal of recognition madeunder Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952(74 of 1952), by the First Commodities Exchange ofIndia Ltd., Kochi and being satisfied that it would be in the interest ofthe trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferredby Section 6 ofthe said Act, recognition to the said Exchange for a further period of three years from 1-2-2006 to 31-1-2009 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in Coconut Oil, Copra and its Oil Cake.
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions, as may, from time to time, be givenby the forward Markets Commission.
